A) ACCOUNTING
- Tenant rent, service charge and utilities billings, receipting and updating of balances
- Banking and reconciliation of payments and maintenance of cashbooks.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports of tenant payments, billings and consolidated balances for the property
B) PROPERTY OPERATIONS
- Marketing and letting of vacant premises in the property in liaison with Agency Department.
- Follow up and coordination with Agency Department on documentation and completion of lease renewals.
- Handling enquiries and tenant matters at the designated commercial property.
- On-site caretaking of the designated commercial property.
- Rent billing and collection coordination and follow up.
- Management and supervision of building operations including;
- Services such as security and cleaning.
- Utilities, electricity, water and others.
- Building maintenance and repairs monitoring and supervision.
C) QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALITIES REQUIRED
- Minimum CPA 2(Section 4)
- Well-versed with QuickBooks accounting software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Drive and be results-oriented.
- Ability to arrange and execute work schedules, functions, and tasks in an organized way to achieve the required objectives.
- Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with different people and entities including other personnel, landlords, tenants, service providers and maintenance contractors, to achieve the job objectives, maintain good working relationships, and develop goodwill.
- Some property management accounting experience is preferable.
- Professional diligence, care and attention to detail.
- Strong and firm personality.
